In 1951 Seiko Electric Industries Co., Ltd. (now known as Sekonic Co. Ltd) introduced the first Sekonic exposure meter, Sekonic P-1. And since that time Sekonic has been at the forefront of light meter technology. Sekonic continue to manufacturer a wide range of meters, from entry level analogue units to professional multi function digital meters with wireless triggering options.
