For 10 years Johnsons Photopia Ltd has been the exclusive distributor for Schneider within the UK and Ireland and our service division, JP Service Solutions, has provided technical support and servicing to the highest level by factory approved technicians. 

As a valued Schneider user our aim is to provide you with the very best aftersales service available.

If you would like to talk directly with our technicians regarding any aspect of your Schneider lens, whether it is of a technical nature or simply to discuss your requirements then we have a team of staff you are able to talk to; 

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm  

12 Month Warranty 

In the unlikely event that your Schneider lens should fail during the first 12 months JP Service Solutions will repair your equipment free of charge to restore it to working order.  Note: Warranty provision will only be offered for fault conditions due to normal usage of the product i.e. no misuse, water ingress etc. 

Non- Warranty Repairs and Servicing

JP Service Solutions also repair non warranty Schneider lenses, please call our Schneider Service Administration Department to organise a collection so that a competitive quotation can be provided.
