12 Month Warranty
In the unlikely event that your Sekonic light meter should fail during the first 12 months JP Service Solutions will repair your equipment free of charge to restore it to working order. Note: Warranty provision will only be offered for fault conditions due to normal usage of the product i.e. no misuse, water ingress etc.
Non- Warranty Repairs and Servicing
JP Service Solutions also repair non warranty Sekonic products, please call our Sekonic Service Administration Department to organise a collection so that a competitive quotation can be provided.
To ensure that your repair is processed smoothly through our service facility we have installed the latest computerised procedure for booking in, job allocation and dispatch.
